Good news/bad news…

I was eating homemade sushi for lunch.  It was pretty darn good.  Then a long piece of nori got stuck in my throat and I started choking.  I can’t remember ever having choked on food before.  I thought I was gonna die.  Luckily I was finally able to vomit it up, and I didn’t die otherwise I obviously wouldn’t be writing this blog right now.  Regardless it was quite painful and it still hurts.

While we’re on the subject of bad news, my husband has a massive test at his work on Monday.  This is the shittiest timing because it’s my most fertile time of the month, and he’s super stressed about this, but I’m adding the the stress by needing to have sex right at this time.  More bad news is I haven’t noticed much EWCM.  Hopefully Pre-Seed will help fix any problems with that.

On to the good news since I’ve lamented about the bad long enough.  Yesterday my OPK came back positive and it was pretty close to positive the day before.  What’s more is my cervix is open!  I read that a closed cervix is supposed to feel hard like the tip of your nose.  That’s all my cervix has ever felt like since I started checking it.  I thought well maybe it’s open, and I just don’t know what an open cervix feels like.  I guess I was wrong.  An open cervix is supposed to feel soft like pursed lips and I guess that’s what it can be described as.  Regardless it feel considerably different than anything I’ve ever felt before.

There’s the good news and the bad news.  The good news is it’s excellent timing for me.  The bad news is it’s shitty timing for my husband.  We need some good luck vibes right now!
