Here I am supposed to be doing homework but I’m procrastinating by blogging instead. Did you know there’s yoga for fertility? Thanks to another user on Kindara, I learned this yesterday, but Tuesday is a crap day, so I couldn’t do anything about it. Today, I assembled a yoga sequence on Sworkit based on this website and this website. I love yoga because it’s exercise that doesn’t really seem like exercise, and (to compare) while I love cookies, I hate exercise.
Basically my poses are as follows:
Bridge Pose
Cat Pose
Child Pose
Cow Pose
One-Legged Forward Bend
Yogic Sleep
Mountain Pose
Pigeon Pose
Staff Pose
Standing Forward Bend
So I did this set this afternoon. I only do yoga for 15 minutes each time. I do it by myself, so no one can see how ridiculous I look. The most challenging pose was the pigeon pose. The rest were easy peasy. Ideally, I’d like to do yoga 2 – 3 times a week. Sometimes, it doesn’t always work that way. Like no way in hell am I doing yoga whilst on the period. Regardless, it’s a good habit to get into. TTC has instilled a lot of good habits in me. I’m still a procrastinator, but I’m sure that will never change.
