What TTC looks like…

Here’s what TTC looks like for me, 36 years old, 1 miscarriage:

This is my daily vitamin cocktail at its heaviest load.  (I don’t always take EPO and D3.)  Once the Cal/Mag horse pills are gone I’ve got a liquid to take.  Any liquid that prevents me from taking more pills is good in my book.  I want to cut out the DHEA eventually with the thought that I might not need it.  The food based prenatals were a smart switch, but now I have to take 3 pills (so maybe not SO smart).  Ugh.  I space them out through the day (breakfast/lunch/dinner).  Otherwise what you see here is what I take each morning.  Hopefully, I can conceive soon, so I can stop taking almost all these.  If I do manage to get a baby stuck up in there I’ll immediately cut out everything but the Cal/Mag, fish oil and prenatals.  Then, I’ll have to do some research to see if I need any of the Bs or should still take the D3.  I’ve spent a lot of money on vitamins but I keep telling myself that it’s less expensive TTC than it is to do IVF.
