I learned how to make salt & vinegar pepitas so basically my life will never be the same. My god they’re good.
In other news, Mamoru threw my phone on the ground. Well, that’s a bit exaggerative. He actually knocked it out of my hand when he was trying to get his iPad out of his backpack. He tossed his backpack into my bicycle basket and in the process hit my hand which caused my phone to fly to the ground. This is the second time he’s done this. The first time shattered my screen on my iPhone 6 which allowed me to upgrade to 7. It happened right after we moved here. Upon initial inspection, there appeared to be no problem with my phone. However, tonight I was having problems with the touch ID. When I was in a brightly lit station, I noticed that the home button was cracked. It must have been a hairline crack which widened as it was sitting in my bicycle today. Mamoru says we’ll get it fixed. It’s too soon to upgrade again. Can you imagine Mamoru around the X? The entire thing is encased in glass. Disaster waiting to happen.
I woke up too early this morning and wasn’t able to go back to bed. I decided to get up and clean my sewing room. I threw away a bunch of garbage things I didn’t need. I cleaned up my clothes and set aside a ton of stuff to either sell or give away. I managed to get ride of 4 big things today. Three give-aways and one sale. I decided to sell my small TV since it’s just sitting there in the box gathering dust. It’s more than 5 years old. I can’t remember how much I paid for it, so I just threw out a number. Apparently I low balled it because I got a ton of interest. I hate when that happens because it’s too late to change the price which will screw people over. Oh well, I figure it’s priced to move. And move it will. This will make things easier when Mamoru and I have to combine our individual spaces to make room for our moon baby.
Speaking of the moon baby, nothing new there. I check our online NPO several times a day. No changes, no new babies. Hurry up and wait is the name of every game where children are concerned. I’m off to continue watching the spooky “Dark” on Netflix. I hope you have a marvelous week.
